Klewel is a provider of webcasting and live-streaming services for conferences, offering clients access to event recordings. This project focuses on improving the on-demand aspect of Klewel's solutions. Klewel already had an existing solution with excellent features that caught my attention. The company was actively working on an upgraded version when I joined as the only designer on the team . During the design process, major discoveries lead to a whole new design and business perspective. The executives appreciated the insights and made a huge paradigm shift. They will no longer view their own product in the same way again. The new user-centric approach will aid Klewel in providing top notch on-demand user experience.
